Cancellation and Returns

1. Scope

These terms apply to digital services sold by Şahıs Şirketi. Vehicle sale, rental or repair fees between users are not Otomedik payments and are not covered here.

2. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. For digital services performed immediately by electronic means, withdrawal may not be available once performance has begun.

Listing promotion is treated as performance begun once it is applied to the listing after payment is confirmed.

3. Cancellation before performance

If payment was taken but the service has not yet been applied to your account or listing, you may request cancellation and a refund at [email protected] or 0551 409 75 75. Eligible amounts are refunded through the payment channel.

4. Errors and duplicate charges

If a technical fault means the service was not provided, or if you were charged twice, the amount is refunded. Include your order or payment reference in the request.
