Distance Sales Agreement

The buyer is the Otomedik account holder who makes the payment. Name, email and contact details are those on the account.

2. Subject

This agreement covers the electronic sale, delivery and price of digital service packages offered by the seller (for example time-limited listing promotion).

Vehicle listings on Otomedik are between users; the vehicle price is not the subject of this agreement.

3. Order and price

The product name, duration and price are the amounts shown on screen at checkout and are charged in Turkish lira. Card payments are made through PAYTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş. The seller does not store card details.

The contract is formed when payment succeeds.

4. Delivery

The service is performed electronically. There is no physical shipping. After payment is confirmed, the digital entitlement is applied to the account or the selected listing. Details: Delivery and Shipping.

5. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds

For digital services performed electronically, the right of withdrawal may not be available once performance has begun. Cancellation and refund rules are on the Cancellation and Returns page.

6. Obligations

The seller provides the paid digital service as described. The buyer must give accurate account and payment details and use the service lawfully. Promotion does not guarantee a specific ranking position.

7. Personal data

Buyer information is processed under the KVKK Information Notice and Privacy Policy.

8. Disputes

Mandatory rights under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 remain. This agreement is governed by the laws of Türkiye. Denizli courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction.
