Delivery and Shipping

How digital services bought from Otomedik are delivered. There is no physical shipping. English is a courtesy translation; Turkish prevails.

1. Scope

These terms apply to digital services sold by Şahıs Şirketi at https://otomedik.com/. Vehicle handover between users is not an Otomedik shipping service.

2. Delivery method

Sold products are performed electronically. There is no cargo, courier or physical dispatch.

For listing promotion packages, the entitlement is applied to the selected listing after payment is confirmed and remains in effect for the stated period.

3. Timing

Delivery is normally immediate after payment is confirmed. If there is a short technical delay, wait until the service appears on your account. If it continues, contact us at [email protected] or 0551 409 75 75.

4. Delivery cost

There is no separate shipping fee for digital delivery. The amount paid is the service price shown at checkout.
